In recent times, I have found myself having to do a lot of things in a hurry, without thinking too much about what I was actually doing. Simply because I didn’t have time. And in the rush to get things done, I neglected people and even important situations.

First of all the rush by car. Not giving way to pedestrians. It seems strange, but a quiet person always gives way to pedestrians, does not complain if there is too much traffic, but calmly reaches his destination.

Then there is the rush to work, to go home, to manage everything that goes around. And time to live where did it go? Where is the laughter, the taste of life?

Everything has disappeared, because we live behind this new oppressor, which is rush.

Where did the time go, I am not saying to be with others, because in the end we can also find that, but the time to be with oneself? When was the last time I walked into my heart, to see what, or even better who lives in my inner house?

So here is my purpose: to remove this oppressor from my life and rediscover slowness, calm, a taste for small things.
